Hi, just wondering if you could tell me where the versions of Eleanor Rigby and Be bop a lula are from, Thanks, Greg.
Hi,
Be-Bop-A-Lula is from McCartney's Oobu Joobu radio show and is a soundcheck recording from Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium, 31 May 1993.
Eleanor Rigby is from a live performance in London to benefit the Royal College of Music on 23 March 1995. Paul is joined by Michael Thomson and the Brodsky Quartet. He also sang with Elvis Costello that night.

Hi, wow .. i must be slipping
i have both those from original sources but for some reason they sound to be in better quality here, love your podcasts, keep up the fun work for us all .. i really appreciate the work, this is a generous way for people like you to share the joy of your collections,
Greg.
First of all, Thanks for these shows. Their wonderful.
My question is:
Why are there to versions of this show on iTunes? One is longer than the other, But I can't seem to quite hear the difference.
Several times over the past year I have accidentally uploaded a working file rather than a final show or something has gone wrong in the upload and I've had to try again. When either of these things happen, podtrackers may "find" both shows, even if only one is actually available from Podomatic. In this specific instance, if the difference in running time you mention is a little over a minute, it's because I mistakenly uploaded a version without the two hidden tracks and replaced that file with the correct one when I discovered my mistake.
